Founder's note.

I have worked in the advertising community for nearly 20 years as a creative.
In my experience, I was fortunate to meet talented people and work with them while making lasting friendships. But outside of the office walls, it gets difficult for a creative to network and make connections. And this makes freelancing even more difficult. “Where do I start?”, “Whom to approach?” become hurdles while starting. Additionally, in a post-pandemic world, business structures are changing rapidly and moving away from traditional models. Today, flexibility is the key.

This gave me the idea to launch Team Finder because the secret to creating kick-ass work is teaming up with the right people.

Through Team Finder, we are trying to bridge the gap between agencies and freelancers by giving both the platform they need to succeed and create work that makes a difference!

So, let’s make connecting easy, one project at a time.
